Yes, based on shipping location. All orders shipped to a CA address and In-store Pick-ups will be charged a sales tax, unless company is a verified CA re-seller (through CA Board of Equalization).

For example: If your company is located outside of California but your order will be shipping to a CA address, the current CA sales tax will be added your order - since the company cannot provide a valid CA Reseller Certificate.
