Artwork Templates & FAQs

• Dimensions (Size): Artwork should be designed to the exact dimensions (inches) of the item you ordered. You can find the exact dimensions required for each item by using our template files below.
• Color Space: CMYK is preferred.
• Resolution (DPI/PPI): Minimum of 150, 300 preferred.
• File Format: PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG.
• Bleed: Submitted artwork does not require any bleed. We print right to the edge with color. However, please let us know if you would like to have a white border printed.
• Artwork files should have all text objects outlined if designed in vector.
• Artwork files should have all layers flattened if designed in raster.
• Artwork files must be print-ready. We will print exactly what is submitted to us without any revisions to the artwork file(s).

The template file(s) can be downloaded finding the item you purchased in our template section below and clicking on the red PDF icon for the respective template.

The file will need to be opened into your graphic design software (ie: Adobe Photoshop).

Once opened, the file should already be in the correct dimensions required. You will follow the instructions on the template file on how to keep important elements of your design inside the the safe zone (if applicable).

When the design is completed, please remove/delete the template layer from the submitted artwork. The template is only used for reference only, it must not be included in your submitted artwork file.

If your branding is color sensitive, you can purchase our color matching services.

We charge a fee per Pantone color used, for each different material type it is printed on. Our pricing is below:

• $45 per Pantone color for vinyl prints
• $120 per Pantone color for flag prints
• $120 per Pantone color for fabric prints

After the color has been matched, we will mail physical swatches to you to confirm the match. You may also request we send photos of the swatch next to the Pantone color chip instead.

Once the color match has been approved, we will proceed with production on your order.

Please note there are some restrictions on color matching:

• We require Pantone UNCOATED codes for any street pole banner, flag, or fabric printing as the material itself does not have a glossy coating. If a Pantone coated code is provided, we may not be able to get a close enough match to that color as matte material will not have the same richness and vibrancy that is found on glossy materials.
• We can accept both Pantone COATED and UNCOATED codes for our banner stand prints.
• We can not provide any color matching services for any illuminated prints as the colors will change when the print is illuminated
• We can only color match solid colors (no gradients, no photographs)
• We may not be able to get an exact match of your required color as it may not be printable with our 4-color ink system.

A PDF proof can be requested when the artwork file is submitted to us.

Our team will email you a digital PDF of your submitted artwork file back to you. Please note that we will not start production until the proof has been approved by you. Your order may be delayed for production if the emailed proof is not approved in a timely manner.

This reason for requesting a PDF proof is to ensure that the file and it's contained design elements opened up correctly on our end, to check for any spelling or typo errors, and/or we are not missing any files if you submitted multiple files.

The proof is NOT for checking color accuracy as every device displays color slightly different.

The proof is NOT for checking image resolution as the proof has been scaled down to a 1:10 scale to easily attach via email.

We charge a fee of $80/hr for our graphic designing services, with a minimum of 1 hour required, to create or revise any artwork files.
