🚚 General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses.
- East Coast orders typically ship from Pennsylvania; West Coast orders from California.
- Not all items are stocked at both locations—please contact us if you have a deadline.
- Transit maps are estimates only and do not apply to orders with custom printed items.
- If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
⚡ Same-Day Shipping (Hardware Only)
- Available for non-printed (hardware-only) orders placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days.
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Orders containing custom or printed items are NOT eligible for same-day shipping.
🖨️ Custom Printed Orders
- Custom printed items ship from our California printing facility only.
- Once:
- Payment is cleared and
- Print-ready artwork is received.
- If the order is placed before 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the same day and production will begin the following business day, provided the ready-to-print artwork is uploaded by 11:00 AM PST.
- If the order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day.

- Ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
- Free UPS Ground Shipping is available on eligible orders over $100.
🇨🇦 Canada
- Ships via UPS Standard.
- A phone number is required for international shipping.
- Buyer is responsible for:

- Brokerage & customs fees
🌴 AK, HI, PR
- Ships via USPS Parcel Post.
