• Orders are shipped from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses.
• East Coast orders typically ship from Pennsylvania; West Coast orders from California.
• Not all items are stocked at both locations—please contact us if you have a deadline.
• Transit maps are estimates only and do not apply to orders with custom printed items.
• If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

• Available for non-printed (hardware-only) orders placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days.
• Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
• Orders containing custom or printed items are NOT eligible for same-day shipping.

• Custom printed items ship from our California printing facility only.
• Once:
  • Payment is cleared and
  • Print-ready artwork is received.
  • If the order is placed before 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the same day and production will begin the following business day, provided the ready-to-print artwork is uploaded by 11:00 AM PST.
  • If the order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day.
• Important:
  • Artwork issues may delay production and shipping.
  • For urgent orders, please call us for the most accurate turnaround time.

• Ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
• Free UPS Ground Shipping is available on eligible orders over $100.

🇨🇦 Canada

• Ships via UPS Standard.
• A phone number is required for international shipping.
• Buyer is responsible for:

  • Brokerage & customs fees

🌴 AK, HI, PR

• Ships via USPS Parcel Post.
• Contact us if you prefer an alternative shipping method.

• We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Orders ship within 2–8 business days after processing (varies by product & quantity).
