🚚 General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses.
- East Coast orders typically ship from Pennsylvania; West Coast orders from California.
- Not all items are stocked at both locations—please contact us if you have a deadline.
- Transit maps are estimates only and do not apply to orders with custom printed items.
- If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
⚡ Same-Day Shipping (Hardware Only)
- Available for non-printed (hardware-only) orders placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days.
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Orders containing custom or printed items are NOT eligible for same-day shipping.

- Custom printed items ship from our California printing facility only.
- Once:
- Payment is cleared and
- Print-ready artwork is received.
- If the order is placed before 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the same day and production will begin the following business day, provided the ready-to-print artwork is uploaded by 11:00 AM PST.
- If the order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day.

Refurbished / B-Grade Banner Material — Pennsylvania Warehouse Only
Discounted banner material from a shipment exposed to elevated humidity during transit.
Condition Disclosure: The inspected vinyl surfaces appear to be in good cosmetic condition. Mildew was found on the original brown tube packaging, which has been discarded. Mildew was also found on the 3-inch inner cores, which have been wiped and cleaned with Clorox.
These rolls will ship palletized without individual brown tube packaging. Each rolls will be wrapped with its original manufactured waxed yellow paper. Order quantities has to be in multiples of 15. (With the exception of Pennsylvania pickup order. If you are picking up from our Pennsylvania warehouse, please call to order.)
This material is offered as refurbished/B-grade stock due to its moisture exposure and mildew history. It is not sold as factory-new stock. We can not guarantee the mildew has been 100% eliminated.
Try a Roll Before Ordering: A complimentary test roll is available for pickup at our Pennsylvania warehouse. Shipping is also available; you pay only the shipping cost. Limit one complimentary test roll per business. Test rolls must be ordered by phone.

Our scrim is rated at 500x500 Denier with a tensile strength of 750(N/5cm) and a tearing strength of 200(N/5cm). Has a peeling strength of 60(N/cm) with a temperature resistance range of -22F to 158F making it an excellent choice for indoor or outdoor.
